By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set out herein, including our Return and Exchange Policy, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our web site. 

Once your selection is made click on the "buy now" button. You are then given the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you choose to continue shopping you will be redirected to cathybjewelry.com. If you are finished shopping you will be directed to Paypal where your item(s) will be placed in the Paypal Shopping cart. All prices (even shipping rates) are in US dollars. 

 

All SALE ITEMS PURCHASED AT A REDUCED PRICE are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please Note: Refunds are not permitted to your credit card, or otherwise, unless cathybjewelry.com has sent the incorrect size or an incorrect or damaged item. 

 

Order Processing 

It may take up to 2 business days to process an order before it is shipped. When we receive a high volume of orders, it may take an approximately 1- 5 additional business days to process an order. 

 

Payment for Purchases 

Paypal is the primary method of payment for purchases. This convenient payment program allows for the use of most credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express. 

 

Shipping Purchases 

A minimum of $25 US will be charged for shipping and $5 US for each additional item purchased. Prior to shipping we will request a daytime phone number for the shipping documents. If this number is not provided in a timely fashion the item will not be shipped. 

Once payment has been received for both your purchase and the shipping costs your purchase will be shipped by Fedex. Cathybjewelry.com reserves the right to choose the method of shipping, however a request can be made for overnight or expedited service (at your cost). Otherwise all packages of reasonable size are shipped Ground Service in North America and Overseas Express for Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, South America, Australia and New Zealand etc. 

Arrangements can be made for payment by International Postal Money Order. Please contact us for details. 

 

Return Policy and Exchange Policy 

Cathybjewelry.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a Web Credit, less shipping costs. 

Please reference Web Credits section below. 

All returns must be sent via Fedex, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery. 

Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless cathybjewelry.com has sent the incorrect size or an incorrect or damaged item. For U.S. and international customers, please note that it is necessary to write on the outside of your return package "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNED". If this statement is not written on the outside of the package, you will have to pay additional charges for duty, taxes, disbursements and brokerage fees for customs clearance back to Canada. Please also ensure that you fill out the cost of the merchandise as being in "Canadian Funds". 

Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for a further exchange.

Web Credits 

Upon receipt of returned items, meeting the requirements of our Return and Exchange Policy, the customer will be issued a web credit minus the shipping costs which web credits can then be used to purchase products on cathybjewelry.com. 

Web credits may be redeemed only over the phone by calling cathybjewelry.com at:

Back-Orders 

If a single item order is on back-order, it will take approximately two to four weeks before another shipment arrives. 

When the shipment arrives we will send the back ordered item. 

In the event that an item on your order is on back order and the other items are in stock, cathybjewelry.com will ship the items in stock and remove the back order item from your order. 

You will not be charged for the removed item. 

If the back order item is still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the item that you want, so that you can reorder the item. 

In some cases, when an item on your order is on back order and the other items are in stock, cathybjewlery.com may hold the complete order until the shipment for the back ordered item arrives and then the complete order will be shipped. 

 

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items 

You may only cancel your order via telephone, or email, up to the time the order is shipped. 

If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from cathybjewlery.com. 

Cathybjewelry.com may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available. 

You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled because the item or items are out of stock. 

 

Limited Availability 

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, cathybjewelry.com will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product or service listed at the incorrect price. Cathybjewelry.com will have the right to limit the number of items purchased through our web site. Cathybjewelry.com will have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, cathybjewelry.com will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

 

Revisions 

Cathybjewelry.com reserves the right to revise the terms set forth herein at any time. All revisions are posted on this policy page and will be effective immediately thereafter.
